RIBBON PREDICTION from Climax Magie in France is a simple and fun effect that we think you will add to your show. The effect is based on an idea from PAVEL, but with the RIBBON PREDICTION, you never ask for the color!

You present an inflated balloon to the public and use it to find a spectator to help you. You show him a holder with four cards in different colours: blue, red, yellow and green.

You ask him to mentally select one; let’s say the red for example. The selection is completely free – no force at all! In order to share his selection with the audience, you ask him to just pick up the card with the thought of colour from the holder, show it to everyone and then return it to the holder. While doing this, you turn your back to the audience.

You then draw the attention to the balloon that was used to select the spectator and ask him to shake it: obviously it contains something. You take out a large needle and hand it to your spectator. You hold the balloon between your hands and asks the spectator to pop it with the needle.

Inside the balloon there turns out to be a ribbon, exactly the same colour as the spectator thought of!

For children, the colored cards could represent colors of a rainbow, super heros, moods, etc..

With RIBBON PREDICTION you can also change the colored card with ESP card,  drawings, envelopes, etc. As soon as the spectator remove the card from the stand, you know which one he selected.

Please notice:
- The colored card is not force – it’s a free choice.
- The spectator never names his color.
- The balloon remains in sight all the time: no exchange!
- The spectator himself bursts the balloon to reveal the selected ribbon
- No electronics
