With this powder, you can make a huge flash. Throw it down over a candle, over a torch or anything else that includes a flame- and the result will be a short flame. Some also use it for fire puffs.

The powder can not ignite when it is on a surface. It must be thrown above a flame to burn it.

You can make a nice effect of fire from your hand by placing a little amount of powder in your palm and holding a burning match between your thumb and index finger.
