Classical magic trick - in a new an improved version

You use a small elongated wooden block with a long hole, with a rubber band at the bottom and a stick with a hook at the end. The task now is to capture rubber band inside the hole so that the stick is stuck.

You can easily do it, so when you pull the stick out and release it snaps back into the hole.

You can always do it, but no matter how much your friends try, they will never succeed.
