This is like a kind of slow-motion version of the classic three-card monte.

You show your spectators three cards - two black and one red. You visibly place the red card between the two black ones, but a moment later it is at the bottom. You show the three cards individually before repeating the effect. This time you place the red card at the bottom, and as you hold the cards in a small fan, your spectators clearly see the card penetrate the bottom card and end back in the middle!
