  • Another ingenious little invention from Japan's Tenyo, a company that surprises us every year with creative new magic tricks and clever magical engineering. Chameleon Dice is part of their 2027 collection and presents a seemingly impossible mystery involving three dice.

You display three ordinary-looking dice and three small cases. Each die is placed inside its own case, fitting so precisely that there is no room for it to turn.

A spectator freely chooses a number on one of the dice. You simply wave your hand over the other two cases, and in an instant, the dice change so that all three now show exactly the chosen number!

For an additional surprise, you can finish by making the dice change once again, this time matching a number secretly selected by a spectator beneath a handkerchief.

It looks absolutely impossible! How can the pips change when the dice are held firmly inside their cases?

The secret combines a clever new principle, a simple gimmick and a technique that is easy to learn. With a little practice, you can perform a truly baffling routine, with the transformations happening right before your audience's eyes.

Impossible Dice was invented by So Sato and comes with detailed English instructions.
