Imagine a smartphone materializing right in front of your audience!
David Penn's Digital Materialization, produced by TCC, is a modern and highly visual production in which a genuine smartphone slowly materializes inside an apparently empty box.
You openly show a small, flat box from all sides. Through the transparent panels, the audience can clearly see that it is empty. Place the box on the table – and from this point on, you don't even need to touch it.
Suddenly, a subtle glow begins to appear in the darkness. Red and blue digital lines move through the box, almost as if electronic circuitry is assembling itself. A bright white light flashes – and a smartphone slowly materializes inside the box!
The entire materialization takes only around 10 seconds. The phone is real and fully functional and can immediately be removed, used or handed to a spectator.
Digital Materialization was created by British magician David Penn and manufactured by TCC in a solid, injection-moulded construction. The method is simple to operate and requires very little practice.
A companion app allows you to adapt the effect to your presentation. You can control when the sequence begins and adjust the pacing and details of the animation, so the materialization matches your music, script or timing. This, of course, only applies if you are producing your own phone.
