Ring In Salt is a classic El Duco effect – now back in production thanks to Andreas Sebring from MetalWriting, and enhanced with a brilliant new update for smooth one-handed loading.
This is a powerful stage or close-up effect that creates a sensation wherever it is performed.
You display a piece of rope and invite a spectator to thread his or her finger ring onto it. You close your hand around the ring and rope, and the spectator ties the ends of the rope into a knot, making it seemingly impossible for the ring to escape.
You then hand the spectator a salt shaker and ask them to pour a little “magic salt” onto your closed fist. The spectator holds their other hand beneath yours to catch the ring when it drops. You open your hand… and the ring has vanished!
The spectator, still holding the salt shaker, is asked to unscrew the cap and pour out the salt.
Inside the salt, they find their own ring!
There is no ring switch – it is the exact same ring that was threaded onto the rope only moments before.
Supplied complete with precision-made apparatus, including the new clever loading device, rope, and full routine.
