The magician displays a regular deck of cards and hands half of it to a spectator. Both the magician and the spectator mime the action of spreading the cards in the air. While the spectator’s cards simply fall to the ground, the magician’s cards remain mysteriously suspended in midair — held out in a perfect spread with just one hand!

Then, the magician and spectator swap packets, and the impossible happens again.

To end, the magician immediately squares up the cards and shows the deck to the audience — everything looks completely normal.
