A fun routine to perform for wine lovers at festive gatherings.
You explain how you occasionally get the urge for a good glass of red wine – and help is always close at hand. From your pocket, you produce your wine collection: a stack of cards showing filled wine glasses. You riffle through them, displaying your small pocket selection of fine wines by the glass.
You remove one card and apparently drink its contents (!), leaving the glass on the card empty. Aaah, you say, smiling as you hand a card to a spectator so they can try for themselves. Perhaps it requires a short wine course to understand how it works? You take another wine glass card from the stack, roll it into a tube, and now pour real wine into a glass! Naturally, the wine has now vanished from the card.
A fun effect based on the often-overlooked "Out to Lunch" principle. The routine can be performed again and again. If you wish, on special occasions you can have the spectator sign the card from which the wine disappears. The set includes enough refill cards for this to be done 10 times. You also receive a small glass for the wine and instructions in English. In addition, you will need a good large thumb tip that fits you.
