Imagine opening what looks like a completely ordinary, sealed soda can. But the contents are something entirely different from what you expect. In fact, you can magically switch between as many as three different drinks – or something else entirely: silk handkerchiefs, Smarties, sugar… or whatever fits your presentation.
KALDRON is a cleverly designed utility device. We first saw it presented at FISM in Italy, where it quickly sold out. Now we have managed to bring back a small batch from the Blackpool Convention. The can looks completely normal, can be handled naturally, and allows you to produce several different items within the same routine. You easily control which content comes out simply by discreetly turning your finger along the rim, where a magnetic lock stops at the correct compartment.
The can can be used again and again (and again). However, if on special occasions you want to open the can in front of the audience with a pfffst, the included video explains how you can easily replace the top section with a new sealed can. It is also possible to transfer the clever mechanism into a completely different can than the Coca-Cola one supplied as standard.
Exciting, right? Perhaps for a routine where you predicted a cola, but the spectator chose something completely different… maybe milk. You open the can and can actually pour it out. In fact, you can have three different drinks ready, allowing the spectator to freely choose between three options. Or imagine first pouring out cola, casting a shadow over the can, and then pouring out loose sugar – and finally pure water. Or what about using it for a modern take on the "Think-a-Drink" presentatin. Your creative mind is probably already coming up with something even better...
