WATER IN THE NEWS

Here is a trick that is very popular in the magic world. A strong and entertaining effect with props that the audience recognizes.

You show the audience a newspaper and quickly read through it. Then you fold the newspaper and take a glass of water that you pour between the pages of the newspaper! You can fold out the newspaper and look through it again, or turn it upside down. The water has disappeared!

Finally, fold back the newspaper and pour all the water back into the glass. It looks impressive, but the trick is easy to perform.

And the trick can be displayed anywhere, on big scenes or with the audience up close.
