This is like the classic "Sawing a Lady in Half Illusion" in an inexpensive and super easy close-up version. Available both with standard Poker size Bicycle Playing Card and in the larger Jumbo Card version. 

A  card is inserted into a frame. The magician, without any suspicious movements, VISIBLY moves the middle part of the card. Everyone will clearly see that the card is divided into three sections and the effect is really incredible.

To finish, the magician pushes the middle part of the card in its original position, he slips it off from the frame and shows the card completely restored!
