About Sempertex 260S modeling balloons
For three decades, we proudly distributed the 260Q modeling balloons from Qualatex. Unfortunately, the company behind them went out of business in 2024, and Qualatex balloons are no longer in production. With the help of many skilled balloon artists among our customers, we tested all the available alternatives and have now chosen Sempertex as the best replacement.
You’ll find that Sempertex 260 balloons are made from a thicker, more durable material. This means you can twist them into complex shapes without worry, and far fewer children will come back with a popped balloon dog. The balloon figures also retain their shape and appearance for longer.
However, the stronger quality also makes them slightly harder to inflate, and your fingers may need a bit of time to adjust. We recommend stretching them thoroughly before use and using a good quality balloon pump (see suggestions below). Sempertex modeling balloons are virtually impossible to inflate by mouth.
All balloons are made from biodegradable natural latex tapped from rubber trees, and all Sempertex products are ISO- and TUV-certified.
