An elegant wooden box is transformed into a display for a Jumbo deck of cards.
The spectator chooses a card, which is immediately shuffled back into the pack.
And all cards come back into the wooden display.
Another spectator sets the timer on his cell phone to a duration between 20 and 60 seconds, unrecognizable to the performer, starts it and switches off the display.
The cell phone is placed next to the cards and after a short time no one knows exactly when the cell phone will ring, because even the spectator who has set the timer can see the black display only.
The magician now removes cards from the display one by one every second, without speeding up or slowing down. He is just as excited about the moment that will inevitably come.
As soon as the cell phone starts ringing, the performer stops and inserts the card that was on top at that moment into the display separately.
The spectator names his card and the performer shows that both the previous and the following card do not match the spectator's card.
The separated card is then removed from the display and dramatically turned over.
