Every year, the Japanese company Tenyo surprises us with original new magic tricks, combining ingenious ideas with clever magical engineering. Coin Centric is the third and final release we have selected from Tenyo's 2027 collection.
Here is a delightful little money-making machine that magically produces coins out of thin air – and even transforms them into different denominations!
You display a clever little prop with a rotating dial. Give the dial a turn, and a coin suddenly appears. Turn it again, and another coin materialises. And another! But the magic doesn't stop there. As you continue turning the dial, the coins begin changing into different denominations, until you finally produce a larger coin.
Everything happens right before your audience's eyes, and all you apparently do is turn the dial!
Coin Centric features a completely new and original mechanism, allowing you to perform a continuous series of magical coin productions and transformations with remarkably simple movements. It is fascinating to watch, fun to handle and easy to learn – for beginners and experienced magicians alike.
The effect was invented by Hiroki Tanaka from Japan.
You receive the special Coin Centric prop, a non-slip mat and nine practice medals. You can also use real coins of suitable sizes, such as European 5-cent coins or British 2-pence coins.
Includes access to a detailed video tutorial and downloadable English PDF instructions.
