Martin Lewis' Sidewalk Shuffle is a modern classic that has been a favorite of magicians around the world for decades. We have sourced this extra-large Japanese edition, featuring oversized cards measuring 18 x 25.5 cm (7" x 10"). Their impressive size makes the routine highly visible, even for larger parlour and stage audiences. The cards are beautifully produced from heavy, glossy cardstock with vibrant, colorful backs.
The routine unfolds in three entertaining phases. You display three blank cards and an Ace. One of the blank cards is tucked under your arm, while the Ace is placed between the other two blank cards in your hand. The audience is invited to guess where the Ace is—but they're always wrong. The three cards in your hand are shown to be blank, while the Ace is found under your arm. Even the second time, the audience is unable to keep up with the impossible sequence.
After two failed attempts, everyone is convinced they have finally figured out the secret. That's when the surprise ending hits: the card under your arm is now shown to be blank as well, while the three cards in your hand have all transformed into Aces!
A strong, entertaining, and easy-to-follow routine with a knockout climax that consistently gets a fantastic audience reaction.
Supplied with detailed, fully illustrated instructions in English. There are no difficult sleights involved—you simply need to learn the sequence of the routine. If you're not familiar with Sidewalk Shuffle, we highly recommend watching the demo video, where Anders Lilleøre demonstrates how the presentation plays.
