Most magicians use the classic method which is based on the following constraints:
- you have to memorize a basic square with the risk of making a mistake!
- the spectator must be asked for a number greater than 34! (for what reason?)
- 12 numbers remain the same, 4 numbers change and are often much larger than the other 12!
- calculations have to be made which can be complicated on stage with the risk of error (number of spectators – 34, divide by 4 etc.)
- you have to fill in the boxes in a specific order!
